Temperature-dependent magnetic transitions in CoCrPt-Ru-CoCrPt synthetic ferrimagnets

چکیده

The magnetic orientations and switching fields of a CoCrPt-Ru-CoCrPt synthetic ferrimagnet with perpendicular anisotropy have been studied in the temperature range from 2 K to 300 K. It was found that two sets transitions occur across this range. first set exhibits three 50 - 370 range, whereas second involves only observed hysteresis curves are explained using energy diagram technique framework pioneered by Koplak et al. [1] which accurately describes competition between interlayer exchange coupling energy, Zeeman system. In work we expand include ferrimagnets (SFMs) comprising higher materials large (4X) energies promising for development ultrafast (ps) free layers MTJ structures. Furthermore, apply analysis predict SFM regime includes extrema would be expected reliably operate at, were it utilized as layer memory or sensor spintronic device.
